Keep people safe
No threats, targeted harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, encouragement of self-harm or illegal material. Do not share private addresses, contact details or intimate information without permission.
Be honest and useful
Share genuine reviews and accurate details. No impersonation, scams, repeated unwanted messages, fake reviews or spam. Respect another person’s choice not to engage. Do not add people to groups to get around a block.
Report and block
Long-press a message and choose Report message. Use Report group on the group information page, or report a person or review from its menu. Explain the concern without adding unrelated private information. Reports are private. A message report shares that selected message with moderators. You can also block a person from their profile or direct conversation.
What happens next
Automated checks reject some harmful text before it is posted. They do not catch everything. Authorized moderators review reports and can remove messages or reviews, restrict posting or close groups. Reports are assessed in context; a report alone does not automatically punish someone. Email albert@siastes.com to appeal or provide additional information.
Urgent danger
In-app reports and support email are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
