Delete your account in the app

1. Open I Love Accra and go to You.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm the deletion. Apple-linked accounts may ask you to confirm with Apple so authorization can be revoked.

If an attempt fails, your account remains available. Contact the team for help.

What happens to your information?

Deletion removes your active account and associated profile, saves, plans and other account-linked records. Group ownership is transferred when other members remain.

Provider logs and backups may remain until their retention cycles expire. Limited records may be retained where required for security, disputes or law. Content copied or shared outside the service cannot be recalled from other people’s devices.
